Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by attaching photos of the defective item to the email sent to you. We will process the refund for the defective product after verifying the issue.
To request a refund for a defective product, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product.
* If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.
Due to spam filters and domain restrictions, our emails may not be delivered correctly. Please ensure that you can receive emails from the following domain:

Emails may be marked as spam by email services, email software, or antivirus software (especially for users of free email services like Hotmail). In such cases, please check your spam folder or review your email settings.
* Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following defective products:
- Products that have been in your possession for more than 5 days
- Used products
- Products where the order recipient is different from the delivery recipient (excluding defective items)
The procedure is as follows:
1. Within 5 days of receiving the product, send an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email
- Product name and number
- Description of the defect (include photos if there is damage)
- Order number (as indicated in the order confirmation email)
2. Once we confirm your email, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
* The return shipping cost will be covered by our shop.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with the refund process.
